I am a young developer who would like to advance in career faster. I think that getting some internationally well known certificate might help me get better job faster.

I was thinking of getting CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) [1]. Unfortunately I don't have enough experience (5 years of professional experience is required). I could become an Associate of (ISC), but I am not really sure if it's worth it or should I find something else.

Which certificates would you recommend? What would you look for when hiring web developer or software engineer in general? Are certificates even worth it?
