I'd be quite curious to see this combined with [transcranial] photobiomodulation - a two-pronged approach to healthy mitochondria might pay healthy dividends.

I haven't experienced anything on the standard 5g/day. I've taken 20g/day saturating for a week straight before too and nothing there either, although by that point there is a bit more "taste" in the liquid. Same taste imo as a pure caffeine tablet, oddly.
If tired chess rating goes down, if well rested chess rating goes up. If high dose of creatine and tired chess rating goes up. Having big chess addiction good measurement device of cognitive function. I endorse creatine for tired people that need brain working.
