This seems a bit useless to me. Its trivial for Russian networks to block out foreign requests before it reaches the sites. So effectively those sites would not be accessible from outside of Russia but inside , business as usual.
this probably could use a warning, this isn't just a writing about joining, the page actively floods requests; can't imagine ISPs will not take notice considering there appears to be no rate limiting locally -- while I understand that limits the ddos impact, it'd be far easier to help and get away with it if it wasn't likely to get flagged for abuse
