The cheapest way is to get out of the house and take a walk and visit shops or crowded places and just hang out. Don't think too much since most of them turns out to be wrong.
Practice drawing / gardening.
Read books. Go to local meetings and enjoy.
Music helps.
Keep doing some simple physical activities like cleaning house or anything that keeps you occupied.
Give priority to mental health.
Everyone of us deserves to live peacefully.
