Keep it simple until it has to get complex. Have all partners contribute cash proportionally to their share in the business thus keeping the split constant.

- Managing interests was a bit hard too find - Adding an interest tag is not that intutive as I would click Submit button instead for hitting Enter key to make it a tag first - Despite setting up a few interest keyword nothing gets found

You are right. I am working to solve these problems.

One has to put some big words on the website... The bottom line is instead of data copying this allows your applications to use references (URLs) to data at source. And since data resources are on HTTP, caching, linking, redirecting, sharing, indexing and searching are natural to do. That we think is a new approach to data integration in large systems.
