I'll take that source every time, even if you do not want my contributions.

Nowadays with genAI my powers to solve bugs and add features have unhyperbolically 100x'ed.

Why would they give money for tokens when they did not give money for dev time?

Same is true from the other side. With Claude Code I monkey patched some process fork issues in docling-serv the other day that prevented it from running on Windows. Has been running fine ever since. Should I realy write up a PR for something I basically half assed and everyone can do in 15 minutes?

Show me the Latvian foundry that bakes their chips.

"AI is synonym of wanting to cut corners, poor quality, and to put it simply, slop"

A craftsman knows how to use his tools. You can with AI produce very complete, polished, maintainable and tested, secure, performant high quality code.

It does take planning and lots of work on your part, but there is a high payoff.

So many people just dump a one paragraph brainfart into a prompt and then label the AI "slop".

Slop in , slop out. Play silly games, win stupid prizes. Don't blame your tools. Sometimes, you are 'holding it wrong'.

less hard work than writing code myself? a higher payoff than the satisfaction of having written code myself?

i want to be a coder, not a prompt manager. (not sure i want to call that engineer)

>people just dump a one paragraph

So how much is enough?

You mean like Kimi-K2.5 or GLM 5.1?

Qwen, Gemma, Nemotron, etc

Unfortunatly out-of-the-box llm agents only focus on github support, creating friction.

So pi.dev + forgejo?

Let me permanently hide "shorts".

You can mostly do it with ublock origin filters. Here are mine, though they do more.

www.youtube.com###contents-container > .ytd-rich-shelf-renderer.style-scope

www.youtube.com###rich-shelf-header

www.youtube.com###content > .ytd-rich-section-renderer.style-scope

||www.youtube.com/shorts/$document

Alternatively on firefox you can use either the "unhook" extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-recom...) or "enhancer for youtube" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/enhancer-for-...) extension (which has an option for this).

Does it handle ring-0 anti-cheat?

Some games anti-cheat will detect you running in a virtual machine and kick you. I particularly ran into the with Rust's anti cheat, after a friend convinced me to join them.

Do you really think there is 0 difference?
